DEI PORTFOLIO
My passion for social impact PR has led me to many different kinds of projects, below are some samples of my work relating to DEI.
PERIOD POSITIVE WORKPLACES
Based on multiple drafts and research, I wrote, designed, and published periodpositiveworkplace.org as the central resource to help businesses become more gender equitable by providing workplace menstrual products. I implemented human-centered design principles and feedback from 6 international nonprofit partners to ensure the website provided persuasive messaging, addressed potential concerns, and clear instruction for interested businesses.
OPERATIONAL GENDER POLICY
I created an operational policy for one of NuSkin's Force for Good programs in Malawi to ensure equitable treatment of men and women program patrons. I included specific practices based on research and interview insights to ensure easy implementation.
